Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  2. The product is in its original packaging (tabletops, desk frames and lifting columns)
  3. The product is not used or damaged
  4. You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), contact us: sales@progressivebed.com

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Please note that: We do not charge restocking fees for products returned unused and in their original packaging within the 30-day return window. Fees may apply or returns may be rejected if the above criteria is not met. In the case of a defect or error on our part, the restocking and return shipping fee will be waived.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during the shipment back to Progressive Bed.


Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
