Shipping Policy

All products listed on the website are available for shipment to any country in the world. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We currently offer free shipping to Canada. Please note: additional shipping fees will apply for orders going to Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories. For shipping to destinations outside of Canada, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9381 or send us an email at sales@progressivebed.com.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekend.

Shipments may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • We are experiencing a high volume of orders
  • One or more products purchased is on back-order

In the case of a significant shipping delay with your order, our sales representatives will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we are aware.

Shipping Methods

We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our larger items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All shipments outside Canada may have import fees or duty charges upon delivery, and will vary from country to country. For more information, please check with your customs department in your country about the import policies.

Customers in Canada do not pay duty taxes.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Progressive Bed immediately for assistance. It would be best to e-mail us photos of the damage so we can take corrective action.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we’re here to help! Each of our products can be subject to the terms and conditions for returns. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that if you purchased a product using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code would not be refunded or credited back once we process the product return. 

To return any products you purchased from us, please contact Customer Service by sending an email to sales@progressivebed.com. Once the products have been returned and in case they fulfilled the terms and conditions herein, you will be refunded the entire amount paid less the value of (i) any offer code or other discounts, (ii) any included promotional products, and (iii) fees for shipping. 

Mattress: 

You have 100 calendar days from the delivery date to return your Progressive Bed Mattress. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to the Mattress, we require sleeping on it for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating a return. Progressive Bed will refund the total price less the value of any discount and cover transportation costs. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The Mattress is clean and undamaged. 
  2. You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), contact us at sales@progressivebed.com and provide the sales order number associated with your purchase. 

Please note that products must meet these criteria, otherwise they will not be considered for return. 

Adjustable Bed Frame:

You have 100 calendar days from the delivery date to return your Progressive Bed Frames. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to the Frame, we require sleeping on it for a minimum of 30 nights. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Progressive Bed will refund the total price less the value of any discount and cover transportation costs. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The Frame is not worn or damaged.
  2. You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), contact us at sales@progressivebed.com and provide the sales order number associated with your purchase. 

 

Please note that products must meet these criteria, otherwise they will not be considered for return. 

Bedding and Mattress Protector: 

Progressive Bed bedding set and mattress protector may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the products are unopened and remain in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the bedding set and mattress protector, all opened items are not eligible for returns or refunds. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), contact us at sales@progressivebed.com and provide the sales order number associated with your purchase. 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during the shipment back to Progressive Bed.

Accessories:

Progressive Bed Accessories can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  2. The product remains in its original packaging.  
  3. The product is not used or damaged. 
  4. You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), contact us at sales@progressivebed.com and provide the sales order number associated with your purchase. 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during the shipment back to Progressive Bed.
